Educational Requirements
Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience
- 0–2 years’ experience in tele sales, call center, or sales.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- Good communication and persuasion skills.
- Clear speaking voice.
- Ability to convince customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, CRM).
- Good Bangla speaking ability (English is a plus).
- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership ability.
- Ability to manage and guide tele sales team members.
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Promote and explain company products or services.
- Generate sales and meet daily/monthly targets.
- Follow up with customers for sales conversion.
- Handle high-value customers and important sales leads.
- Lead and support tele sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor sales performance and call quality.
- Train new tele sales staff.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain call records and customer database.
- Follow up with customers to close sales.
